Please see attached RFQ documents for product salient characteristics, terms and conditions. If quoting an 'or Equal" product, it is the sole responsiblity of the quoting vendor to provide sufficient technical product data for an'or Equal" evaluation to be conducted. Failue to provide this information will result in your quote not being considered for award. Attached RFQ documents must be completed, signed and returned no later than date of closing of this RFQ to be considered for award.
