Notice of Intent to Sole Source-TRI-STAR OPS one Piece Seamless Steel Sumps

General Supplies and Services (GSS), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a Sole Source purchase order in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(i), Limiting Sources for TRI-STAR OPS Steel Containment for 978's, MFS and 969's. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. GSS anticpates award of a purchase order on a sole source basis to Containment Corporation for nine (9) TRISTAR One Piece Steel Containment Systems with ramp.

System Specifications: - 40'L x 12'W x 10"H Drive- in Steel Berm - 2850 gallon sump capacity - Trilinear Sidewalls, no exposed gussets - 1/4" plate steel seamless sump - 3'up/3'down steel ramps - 60 mil Fiberglass Coating - Warranty: 3 year Coating, 10 year Structural This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only.

However, any information received from any organization, before 4:00 PM E.T., Monday, January 29, 2024 that believes it can meet this requirement will be considered by the Government for a competitive procurement action.
