USFK TMC Services

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The result of this solicitation will be a commercial, firm-fixed price stand-alone single award contract.

Solicitation number 47QMCB26R0006 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for United States Forces Korea (USFK) Travel Management Company services. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. In accordance with United States Force Korea (USFK) Regulation 700-19, dated 28 August 2012 and the associated US-ROK Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), eligibility for this acquisition is limited to only Korean firms. Please see the attachments for the SF1449, full PWS, and associated attachments.

Amendment 0001 is issued to address questions received.

Amendment 0002 is issued to address questions received and also provides the most up-to-date versions of Attachment 3, Attachment 7 Part 1, Attachment 7 Part 2, and Attachment 8.

Amendment 0003 is issued to clarify the PNR Validation submittal process.

Amendment 0004 is issued to answer a question received in response to the solicitation.
