Government Wide Temporary Duty (TDY) Lodging Solution 2.0 Request for Proposals

On February 8th, it was brought to the attention of the CO that the SF30's provided are locked to signature for some users, so an identical but unlocked version of each of the 4 SF30's is provided. There is no change to the requirement and no additional SF30 associated, this is just to provide an easier method for some users to sign and acknowledge the SF30s. A standard Form SF30 is being added for each of the amendments that have been posted as summarized below. Reminder that all amendments must be acknowledged by including a signed copy of the SF30's with proposal submission.

Amendment 0004: February 6, 2024. The RFP is amended to include FAR provision 52.204-29 Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act Orders _ Representation and Disclosures (Dec 2023).

Amendment 0003: January 26, 2024. The RFP is amended to provide revised versions of the RFP, Attachment B - Hotel Data Elements, and Attachment I - Funding Model. This amendment also provides responses to RFP questions and answers received and a Sample Quarterly TMC Reservation Report Data Elements document. All document titles pertaining to this Amendment begin with '0003'. Added accepted property listing also.

Amendment 0002: January 12, 2024. The RFP is amended to provide a question and answer response template.

Amendment 0001: Jan 11, 2024 The RFP is amended to extend the due date to February 8th, 2024. The mission of the GSA and DoD is to obtain contractor support services to manage the Governmentwide TDY Lodging Contract Solution for FedRooms® and DoD Preferred. Additional information is contained in the attachments to this RFP. Proposals are due by 5:00 PM EST on February 8th, 2023 to earl.oberholtzer@gsa.gov, russell.walter@gsa.gov, and onthego@gsa.gov.

The deadline for submission of questions is January 16th, 2024 by 5:00 PM EST to the same email addresses. Answers to questions will be provided via an amendment to this notice. *NOTE* Attachment E was intentionally omitted from the list of attachments.
