The purpose of this Limited Source Justification (LSJ) is to secure authority to continue Contract Detention Officer (CDO) services in support of USMS’ mission critical requirement by utilizing FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, for up to six months on a limited source basis in accordance with (IAW) FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C).
