GEMO F2F Environmental Services

The Contractor shall provide environmental services to support one or more of the following programs: Hazardous Waste (HW) Program, Hazardous Material (HM) Management, Environmental Sampling and Analysis, Air Quality, Wastewater and Stormwater, Solid Waste Management, Pollution Prevention, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Petroleum Oil and Lubricants Management, and Storage Tank Environmental Compliance as needed/regulated by state or region.

Site Visits - In accordance with this announcement, all interested parties and their representatives must obtain mandatory security clearance for entry onto the facility base. You must complete the attachments which were provided with this announcement: Visitor Access Request, 55 SFS Form 31 - Base Entry Authorization List, Offutt and DFSP SF Form 74 2023, GAFB. All completed attachments must be returned no later than 1:00 PM CST, October 22, 2025 for a November 17, 2025, site walk.

Failure to submit complete and accurate documentation by this deadline will result in denial of base access. Please send the completed forms as digitally singed PDFs or scanned copies to both contract points of contact listed on this announcement. The site visit schedule will be as follows:

November 17 - 0800, Grand Forks AFB, Bldg. 410 - Break Room in-brief followed by the site walk. November 18 - 0800, Minot AFB, Bldg. 445 - Putnam Conference Room in-brief followed by the site walk. November 19 - 0800 Ellsworth AFB, Bldg. 8225 - CE Conference room in-brief followed by the site walk. Novermber 20 - 0800, Offutt AFB. Site walk then in-brief in Bldg. 301D - CES Conference Room.

This Site Visit is on hold until further notice due to the Government Shutdown. I will update this announcement when the status changes.
