In partnership with the General Services Administration (GSA), the Office of People Analytics (OPA), located in Alexandria, VA, requires specialized data collection support services in order to better serve major Department of Defense (DoD) programs and initiatives regarding its military workforce. OPA is part of a DoD Field Activity called the Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA), which supports major programs and initiatives within the DoD.

OPA is the DoD’s premier center for excellence in providing information on the total force, families, and veterans through the collection of data and analytical research. This requirement will assist OPA Centers for Health & Resilience (H&R) and Retention & Readiness (R&R) with conducting surveys and organizing, tabulating, and storing data that supports the personnel information needs of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (OUSD [P&R]).
