This solicitation is being issued by GSA AAS Innovation on behalf of Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), that is considering a requirement Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) or Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Phase I and/or Direct to Phase II or Fast Track contracts in support of ARPA-H’s FY2024 SBIR/STTR topic areas. AAS Innovation invites small business concerns (SBCs) to submit research proposals under this SBIR/STTR Contract Solicitation.

Firms with the capability to conduct research and development (R&D) and to commercialize the results of that R&D, are encouraged to participate.
