OGE 450 Filer Software

The Contractor shall provide a secure, cloud-based, web-accessible Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that enables the end-to-end electronic preparation, submission, routing, review, certification, reporting, retention, and management of OGE-450 Confidential Financial Disclosure Reports. The solution shall support HUD OIG ethics officials and authorized users while complying with applicable Federal ethics, privacy, records management, accessibility, and cybersecurity requirements.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, software, licenses, hosting, maintenance, technical support, project management, training, cybersecurity, upgrades, and related resources necessary to provide a fully operational service. The Government seeks commercial capabilities and encourages innovative commercial approaches that satisfy the performance objectives.
