This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued as a Request for Quotations. This requirement is set aside for small business. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible contractor whose quotation conforms to the requirements of this RFQ, is determined technically acceptable, has acceptable past performance, and offers the lowest evaluated price.

This solicitation is issued on a limited-sources, brand-name basis for the Dell server, part number 210-BNZH in accordance with FAR 8.405-6, Items Peculiar to One Manufacturer. The Dell PowerEdge R670 is required to meet the Government’s minimum needs, including compatibility, standardization, configuration, warranty, maintenance, security, operational, and/or technical requirements.

Only quotations providing the required Dell PowerEdge R670 brand-name product, including all required specifications, components, and support identified in this RFQ, will be considered for award. See attachments for server specifications
