AMENDMENT NO. 0001 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)'s FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY (DOE) FORRESTAL BUILDING DINING SERVICES

Amendment No. 0001 is hereby issued to Solicitation No. 47PM094R0044 for the Department of Energy, Forrestal Building Request for Dining Services located at: 1000 Independence Avenue, SW Washington, DC 20585 to incorporate the following:

Request for Information (RFI). Provide a response to the Request for Information (RFI)'s received on September 18, 2024 - attached RFI's. No additional Request for Information (RFI)'s will be accepted upon this Amendment. Proposal package with supporting must be signed documents due by or before Tuesday October 8, 2024 - 9:00 AM EST via email to patricia.davis@gsa.gov in accordance with the Request for Proposal. No proposal extension will be given. All other terms an conditions will remain unchanged. End of Amendment No. 0001 Prospective contractor must acknowledge receipt of this Amendment

GSA is seeking a potential contractor for the Dining Services at the Department of Energy (DOE) Forrestal Buildig located at: 1000 Independence Avenue, SW Washington, DC 20585 to establish and operate in the Contractor's name; the food service facilities for the purpose of dispensing food, nonalcoholic beverages and such other items as may be authorized by the Government, in accordance with all terms and conditions specified in attached solicitation package.

This will be a No Cost (5) year Base Contract with two (2) Option Years of five years, totalling 15 years. These services are to be performed at the:Department of Energy (DOE) Forrestal Building. Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday September 11, 2024, at 10:00 AM - Cafeteria.. Further information regarding the Pre-Bid Conference is located on page 7 of the solicitation.
