FBI Loading Dock Alterations

"Amendment 0002_SF30 47PK0724R0010" and "Part 3_SF1442_rev2" documents added to solicitation. The purpose of amendment 0002 is to provide contractors with updated Wage Determination AZ20240039 Maricopa County AZ dated 1/19/24. Contractors are required to acknowledge amendments 001 AND 002 on "Part 3_SF1442_rev2" in block 20a. "Amendment 0001_SF30 47PK0724R0010" and "Part 3_SF1442_rev" documents added to solicitation.

Purpose of amendment is to provide contractors with responses to request for informations (page 3 of amendment). ESCORT FORMS ARE DUE TO GSA BY FRIDAY, JANUARY 5, 2024 AT 12/NOON (AZT). THESE ARE MANDATORY TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to complete the FBI Loading Dock Alterations project at Federal Bureau of Investigation Phoenix Building, AZ, solicitation 47PK0724R0010.

An offer must be submitted electronically to GSA (angela.mccord@gsa.gov and cc’ robert2.martinez@gsa.gov) no later than 4:00 PM AZT on January 31, 2024. SITE WALK IS MANDATORY FOR THIS CONTRACT: Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 10:30am (AZT). To attend the site walk, a FBI Escorted Access Form must be completed for all contractors attending the site visit. (found in solicitation documents). The estimated price range of this solicitation is $25,000 to $100,000. The basis for award of this contract will be Trade Off. See solicitation package for full details.
