Total Small Business A.1.1 Purpose: This is a post award synopsis for services under the Federal Supply Schedule in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 8.405-6, An urgent and compelling need exists. U.S. General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Region 7, Acquisition Management Division, Services Branch (7PQB) executing this Limited-Sources Solicitation for the emergency procurement of Full Maintenance Services in Brownsville, TX.

This procurement is being conducted FAR Part 8 Required Sources of Supplies and Services; therefore, unusual and compelling urgency provided for in FAR Part 6 Competition Requirements is not applicable under this acquisition.

A.1.2 Solicitation Number: The solicitation number is 47PH0224Q0008 and is being issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect.

A.1.3 NAICS Code: The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210FAC with a small business size standard of $47.0 Million. This procurement is a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 52.219-6. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov, the awardee was registered in SAM. A.1.4 Contract Overview and Period of Performance GSA awarded one (1) Firm-Fixed Price contract from this solicitation.

The resulting period of performance will be one (1) year with zero option years from the effective date of the contract, a total of 1 year and zero options are included. This contract includes the clause FAR 52.217-8, which if exercised, may add up to an additional 6 months to the contract in addition to the total of one (1) year and six (6) months.
