1 February 2024 Description: An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MATOC) for design-bid-build, design-build, construction manager as constructor (CMc) services. The minimum and maximum ordering limit for each Task Order resulting from this Contract will range from $2,000 to the prospectus threshold (currently $3,613,000).

Task Orders issued under this Contract primarily consist of construction, repair and alteration, and tenant finish projects for the GSA and other government agencies in occupied federally owned or leased buildings.
