FDA 3rd Floor Water Infiltration Buildback

This project is only available to Region 6 Small Business IDIQ Plan Holders. Access will not be given to contractors without a valid IDIQ contract. The project will repair water damage on the walls and floor of the FDA lab/offices. The scope of work will include replacement of base cabinets in the office/Room 375 and lab/Room 371B. Replace carpet in the affected areas and all asbestos containing materials (floor tiles). Replace wiring in the Walker ducts located under the flooring in the affected areas.

Replace and paint walls and wall insulation of the interior side of the entire FDA spaces. Remove and reinstall furniture to accomplish the work. It is assumed that no fire protection work, no ABAAS, and no COBIE files will be required for the project. The FDA has requested that GSA restore the third floor suite to its condition before the water leak.
