This is a FAR 8.405-6 limited-source procurement award notice in accordance with FAR 5.301. This procurement is authorized under the logical follow-on exception, as outlined in FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i). The United States District Court (USDC) has a requirement for office furniture at the Diana E. Murphy U.S. Courthouse, 300 S 4th St., Minneapolis MN 55415.
