In accordance with FAR 12.201-1 (c)(2) (RFO-2025-12), GSA will to issue this solilcitation to the following contractors: Anderson General BDS LLC ALLSERVICE CORP. Marco America Corp J.MITACEK , CONTRACTING CORP. This project will require Construction Services including Materials, Labor, and Supervision for carpet replacement and the repair and painting of both the walls and doors on the 5th floor USAO office at 500 Pearl Street, New York. Quotes will not be considered from other vendors not on the above list.
