As published on SAM.gov with the solicitation of August 30, 2024.
The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, Region 2 requires a general contractor for construction and upgrade of an existing chilled water plant at the Jacob K. Javits Federal Building (26 Federal Plaza) with the intent of improving thermal comfort for its tenant, the New York Field Office (NYFO). A site visit will take place on 7-23-2024 at 9:00 AM EST. Please email your request to attend the site visit with the name of the firm and number of people attending to joseph.spado@gsa.gov. A pricing sheet will is included in this solicitation and will require it to be filled out completely. Passwords for the following documents is:

Amendment 0002 RFI due date is Tuesday July 31, 2024 by 4:30 PM EST.
Amendment 0003 RFI due date is August 16, 2024 by 4:30 PM EST.
Amendment 0004 Attachment A3 needed to be included when submitting a Proposal is attached in full in this Amendment.
Amendment 0005 changes the RFP due date to September 6, 2024 and schedules a SECOND SITE VISIT for August 14, 2024.
