4/11/2024 Contract Opportunity Update - GSA has extended the due date to 4/26/2024. The Statement of Work and Q&A's received are currently being finalized by the technical department. A formal amendment is forthcoming and will be posted with associated documents.

Original Posting: The General Services Administration intends to award a firm fixed price design build construction contract for elevator modernization of two (2) passenger elevators and one (1) service elevator at the Providence Rhode Island Federal Courthouse, located at 1 Exchange Ter, Providence, RI 02903. A site visit is schedule for March 19th 2024 at 11 am. Please see the solicitation for additional information on scheduling. Please see attached SF1442, Solicitation, Agreement, SOW, and associated documents for additional details. All Requests for Information (RFI's) must be submitted to the contracts specialist and contracting officer of record by March 28th 2024 by 12:00pm EST.
