The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS), Heinz Community Living Center (HJH CLC), located at 1010 Delafield Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15215, requires a smart sock fall notification system that will provide fall monitoring and is designed to facilitate the early detection of falls and sends real-time notifications to nearby nurses when fall-risk patients attempt to stand up independently.
