Amendment No. 1 to Red-Dyed ULSD Heating Oil, Grade # 2 (CSF)

AMENDMENT No.1 is issued to provide answers to questions pertaining to the RFQ (SEE ATTACHED) and extend the bid submission date to 10/30/24 (5 PM) . Except as hereby modified all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) has a requirement for Red-Dyed ULSD Heating Oil Grade # 2 (CSF) as outlined in Enclosure 1 - Draft Purchase Order. BSA invites you to participate in accordance with the Request for Quote (RFQ) letter and all supporting attachments / documents which are attached. Please provide the following on your quote: 1. Origin of Manufacturer 2. Unique Employee Identifier (UEI) Any questions concerning this RFQ must be addressed in writing (via e-mail) to the attention of Cheryl Eleazer (eleazerc@bnl.gov). Any resulting Purchase Order will be subject to the attached terms and conditions. Please return all items by 10/25/24
