The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Divison intends to procure Woodward PIP44 HMI Controllers for the LHD Midlife Electric Plant Controls Upgrade on a Sole Source to Woodward. The proposed contract action is for parts for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 Any questions regarding this notice should be e-mailed to:
