Advisory Seated Subscriptions and Information Technology Analysis/Consulting Support

This acquisition is to acquire commercially available Information Technology Analysis Support, via Gartner seated licenses. These services are for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Operating Divisions (OPDIVs), to support the HHS mission by providing access to proprietary published analysis reports regarding enterprise IT architecture, selection of technology, implementation of IT, IT portfolio management, and IT policy (especially as it relates to the Federal Government).

The seated licenses and information technology analysis/consulting services acquired will allow independent source(s) of information regarding IT and its implementation to support the HHS mission. These are important elements in HHS OPDIVs to gain timely information and analysis related to this mission and IT initiatives.

Access to this information and service is crucial to enhancing HHS's ability to support the various missions and is essential to both the leadership and their supporting IT teams enabling them to make informed IT decisions.
