Commissioning Agent Services

Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as “BSA”), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) herewith solicits your quote for the subject requirement for Commissioning Agent Services to be used for the Electron-Ion Collider (EIC). BSA invites you to participate in accordance with the RFQ letter and all supporting attachments / documents which are attached.

Any questions concerning this RFQ must be addressed via e-mail to the attention of Kevin Kirkendall (kkirkenda@bnl.gov) by the date listed in the RFQ letter. This procurement has been set aside for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE). By submitting a quotation, you are certifying that your firm is a MWBE as defined by the state of New York.
