Siuslaw National Forest Prospectus for Concession Area and Related Granger-Thye Concessions

This prospectus is being issued to solicit applications for a concession special use permit focused on Food, Beverage, and Retail Services within 100 square foot space . This permit will provide high-quality public service in the operation and maintenance of a Government-owned space located on the Central Coast Ranger District of the Siuslaw National Forest where it will be issued.

The offering is focused on having a food concession operation and retail brand advertisement area inside the Devils Churn Day Use Area. the concession space has previously averaged a gross revenue of $31,936.04. A site tour will be led by the Forest on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 interested parties must RSVP to Reba Ortiz at reba.ortiz@usda.gov by Friday February 16, 2024.
