Intent to Sole Source - Pump Repair

The 122d Fighter Wing intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), “circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.” This is based on the company being the original Engineering and Construction Company of the system upgrade in 2024. The pumps must be repaired and installed by original manufacturer service technicians to maintain warranty standards. The Government intends to sole source this requirement to:

Tarbett Engineering and Construction Services LLC, (TECS) This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 07 April 2025 by 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) by email to Lisa Crose at lisa.crose@us.af.mil
