Facilities And Operations Maintenance Support Services II (FOMSS II)

NASA/George C. Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following Commercial item/services: MSFC Facilities Operations and Maintenance Support Services II (FOMSS II). FOMSS II will provide operations, maintenance, and environmental support services to a campus consisting of 344 structures, which include buildings, trailers, and other on-site structures.

The on-site structures vary in structural complexity as these include large rocket engine test stands, manufacturing and testing laboratories, warehouses, and major office complexes. The current total square footage of MSFC buildings is 4,438,627. This acquisition is a total 8(a) set aside. The NAICS code and size standard are 561210 and $47M, respectively.

The anticipated release date of the RFP # 80MSFC24R0001 is on or about September 11, 2024, with an anticipated proposal due date of on or about October 11, 2024. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
