Intent to Sole Source - DLA San Joaquin Distribution Center - Tracy Site Optimization

This project involves Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) Remediation Program support for Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Tracy Site in accordance with the Federal Facilities Agreement (FFA) and previously-signed decisions documents.

Efforts include groundwater extraction well and conveyance installation fieldwork and reporting; inactive monitoring well decommissioning; biovent well decommissioning; groundwater monitoring program optimization; groundwater treatment system operations and maintenance and optimization; land use control inspections; soil vapor extraction (SVE) system decommissioning; and completion of a five-year review. These efforts are to ensure containment and treatment of the groundwater plume while continuing optimization of installed treatment systems.
