SECTOR DELAWARE BAY GALLEY MESS ATTENDANT

U.S. Coast Guard Sector Delaware Bay requires mess attendant services to be performed on site in the dining facility and galley area. The Performance Work Statement (PWS)-see attachments describes the attributes for a measurable and results oriented performance standard. The purpose of the PWS is to define the work and scope of the requirement so that the Contractor can identify and provide mess attendants to augment active duty, reserve, auxiliarist staff throughout the period of performance. The services shall be performed at the U.S. Coast Guard Dining Facility, Sector Delaware Bay in Phildelphia, PA 19147 The Contractor tasks include but are not limited to:

• Stocking, serving, and replenishment of food line • Cleaning facilities, equipment, and utensils • Maintaining quality (Interested Parties are encourage to review PWS in it's entirity for requirements as well as perform site visits)
