STATION NY BLDG 10 A/C REPLACEMENT

Station New York has a 15-ton HVAC system providing the cooling to Building number 10. The system consists of a 15-ton York condensing unit Model: YD180C00A2AAA2A, and a CentralAire air handling unit model: 0815F2HHC. Heating is provided by hot water from a separate boiler system. System was installed around 2005 and utilizes R-410A. The outdoor condensing unit is severely corroded due to the operating environment near salt water and is no longer operating or feasibly repairable.
