Intent to Sole Source to SDVOSB IAW VAAR 819.7008 FY24 Shrine Project at Ft Sam Houston

NOTICE: The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) s Intends to Sole Source to a SDVOSB (DOUBLE BRONZE STAR MARKETING AND CONSULTING, INC, SAM UEI # NGKSK3CFF266) for the FY24 National Shrine Project for the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction.

Services include, but are not limited to labor, supervision, equipment; materials and supplies to repair/replace the currently in place automated irrigation system. The agency intends for the work to commence NLT September 2024. The proposed period of performance is 365 days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. The Government intends to sole source this project to a verified SDVOSB IAW VAR 819.7008, as it has been determined by the Contracting Officer that this is in the best interest of the Government.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations/proposals. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only.
