The Design-Build contractor shall provide all site investigations, design analysis, design, design specifications and drawings, construction documents, materials, labor, equipment, supervision, testing, shop and manufacturing drawings, submittals, submittal registry/index, and construction to perform the requirements of this project in accordance with this SOW.

This project is to replace existing sewer and vent piping that has failed/deteriorated along with heat exchangers, steam piping, condensate pipe, associated valves and traps, and tank systems. The project, at minimum, will consist of replacing failed sewer lines and vents for the basement of buildings 1, basement of building 8 and on the campus grounds with other equipment associated to waste and heat exchanger equipment, associated pipe, valves, traps, insulation, strainers, controls etc.
