VAAR Magnitude of Construction: $10,000,000 to $20,000,000 This project is being solicited and will be awarded under the VA’s Minor Construction program. This program has a maximum statutory cost limit of $30M inclusive of A/E design fees and Construction Costs. No award will be made to projects that exceed this maximum cost limit. Please reference the VAAR Magnitude of Construction cost for the actual projected cost of this construction effort.
