Pursuant to FAR 14.404-1 (c)(6), 14.404-1 (e)(1) and 14.404-1 (f)(1) & (2), Invitation for Bid (IFB) 36C77623B0075 to construct the Construct Mental Health Outpatient Bldg. 52 (Minor) Construction at the Fargo VA Medical Center (VAMC) located in Fargo, ND is cancelled. The VA will now complete the acquisition through negotiations.
