PURPOSE: This is a Request for Information(RFI)/Sources Sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The NCO 15 Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy(CMOP) Meds by Mail (MBM) is changing locations and the Contracting office is conducting market research only to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources that can assist in relocating a OPEX AS7200 and Model 72 Scanner from the current location to a new location.
Any Vendor responding to this notice must be able to show that they have OPEX certified equipment technicians and the ability to disassemble a OPEX AS7200 and Model 72 Scanner currently located in Dublin, GA 31021-7531 and properly prepare it for shipment to the new site located at 3209 Elam Farms, Murfreesboro, TN.
37127. Upon receipt at the new site in Murfreesboro, TN., vendor will need to unpack, remove all shipping material and reassemble the OPEX AS7200 and Model 72 Scanner back to an operational state for use. Vendors are asked to provide any information relating to their ability to fulfill this requirement and should include any relevant information such as: Past Performance records providing similar services for OPEX or similar equipment within the past 3 years.
