PURPOSE: This is a Request for Information(RFI)/Sources Sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The NCO 15 Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy(CMOP), Contracting office is conducting market research only to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources for a new Tablet Capsule Automation(TCA) subsystem and a automatic printing and packing solution for the Hines CMOP located in Hines IL. Vendors are asked to provide any information relating to their ability to fulfill this requirement from award to final acceptance. Items should include:

Whether they are a manufacturer of the TCA and automated packaging solution If not, whom is the manufacturer. Country where items are considered manufactured Their company s POCs: Name Phone Number Email Address The Company s SAM Unique ID Number The Company s Capability Statement Past Performance related to similar equipment within the past 5 years. Offers are not being solicited at this time. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request for information.
