SPECIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD.

This Notice is to announce that the Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office(NCO) 15, hereby announces it notice of intent to negotiate with A-Team Solutions, LLC a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) on a sole source basis in accordance with(IAW) 38 U.S. Code 8127 and VAAR 852.819-70008 to provide staffing support consisting of; Pharmacist, Pharmacist Technicians, and Shipper/Packers on a full-time basis to support the dispensing of pharmaceuticals to Veterans for a period of up to two months for the Consolidated Mail-Out Phamacy(CMOP) located in Murfreesboro, TN These services represent a critical need providing prescriptions being mailed out daily to Veterans.

The applicable NAICs Code for this requirement is 561210 Facility Support Services THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement to the network contracting office (NCO) 15, via email to larry.zaritz@va.gov to express their ability to provide these products for future needs.
