SPECIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD.

This Notice is to announce that the Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office(NCO) 15, hereby announces it notice of intent to negotiate with Citadel Federal Solutions, LLC dba FalconTek, a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) on a sole source basis in accordance with(IAW) 38 U.S. Code 8127 and VAAR 852.819-70008 to provide staffing support consisting of; Pharmacist, Pharmacist Technicians, and Shipper/Packers on a full-time basis to support the dispensing of pharmaceuticals to Veterans for a period of up to three months for the Consolidated Mail-Out Phamacy(CMOP) located in Tucson, AZ These services represent a critical need providing prescriptions being mailed out daily to Veterans.

The applicable NAICs Code for this requirement is 561210 Facility Support Services THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement to the network contracting office (NCO) 15, via email to larry.zaritz@va.gov to express their ability to provide these products for future needs.
