This Notice is to announce that the Department of Veteran Affairs, Consolidated Mail-Out Phamacy(CMOP) located in Charleston, South Carolina, is proposing to negotiate a contract with American Covnoi, LLC, a Service Disabled Veteran -Owned Small business(SDVOSB) on a sole source basis for mail out coolers to be used for the mail out of temperature sensitive pharmaceuticals.

The proposed action for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and VAAR 819.7008. The reason justifying this sole source procurement is that the Government believes only one responsible source can provide the supplies that will satisfy the agency's requirement.

This is not a request for quotes and any interested party may notify the network contracting office(NCO) 15, via email to larry.zaritz@va.gov to express their ability to provide these products for future needs.
