Per the solicitation, offerors were to provide copies of insurance documents and business licenses/credentials to operate in the States of Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas and/or ability to obtain to obtain to include detailed timeline. Licenses and insurance must meet minimum standards of the solicitation in order to provide services on the potential resultant contract. No offerors provided business licenses/credentials to operate within the States of Iowa, Nebraska, and Iowa and/or documentation of ability to obtain, including a detailed timeline.
