INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Security Camera System Server and Software Upgrade to Communications Engineering Company

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23) anticipates entering into a single source procurement with Communications Engineering Company for a security camera system server and software upgrade at the Iowa City VA Health Care System in Iowa City, IA. This acquisition is conducted under FAR 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 541519. The PSC code is 6515. Other entities may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement as follows: Responses shall be received no later than 11/7/2025 at 12:00 p.m. CDT. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Government. The Government will consider responses received by the closing date of this notice. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a full and open competitive procurement or a small business set aside competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this announcement. If the Government decides to compete this requirement, a synopsis shall be issued utilizing the combined synopsis/solicitation procedure identified in FAR 12.603. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
