The awarded contract: 36C26325D0025, task order: 36C26225N0363 is awarded via Interim Contract Authority (ICA) in accordance with VA Directive 1663. This was approved by the Medical Sharing / Affiliate Office (MSO) on November 25, 2024. Approved MSO number MSO-2025-ICA-0006: A six (6) month interim contract for $812,235.60 with a six (6) month option to extend services for $812,235.60 in the total amount of $1,624,471.20 to allow sufficient time to establish a long-term contract.

This Interim Request is for the Pierre, SD Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for a six (6) month period for the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Black Hills VA Healthcare System (BHHCS) with STGi. to be executed by VISN 23 Network Contracting Office. This Interim Approval, per your customer’s request, is for a short-term contract for six (6) months with a six (6) month Option to Extend Services if the long term is not awarded within the initial six (6) month period.

The intent of this document is to expedite a short-term contract. Please ensure that you incorporate FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services Clause into the solicitation.
