Is it possible to come out and look at the vehicle up-close to make the necessary assessments before developing a comprehensive solution for your needs? Yes, interested vendors can attend a site visit on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 4:00 PM Central Time at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center located at One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417. Vendors must meet at the Outpatient entrance no later than 4:00 PM Central Time. The Point of Contact for this site visit will be Gary Wagner.

He can be reached via cell number (763) 227-6034. Mr. Wagner will escort all parties to the vehicle from the outpatient entrance. If any vendors attending the site visit have any questions regarding this solicitation for repairs to the 2024 Honda CRV, they must be sent to Alisha.Milander@va.gov no later than 12:00 PM Central Time on 09/13/2024 as Mr. Wagner will not be able to answer them during the site visit.

If the Contracting Officer determines that an answer to a question is necessary for the solicitation, an additional amendment will be issued to provide answers to all potential Offerors for this solicitation. Are there photographs that you are able to provide? Yes, see eight photographs below. The vehicle was rear-ended and damage occurred to the right rear and the passenger side of the vehicle.
