This is a Notice of Intent published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(a)(1) requiring the dissemination of information regarding proposed contract actions.

This Notice of Intent is for a proposed award of a sole source firm fixed price contract to the following contractor in support of procurement and installation of ceiling mounted anesthesia utility booms and ceiling mounted surgical lights in support of Omaha VA Health Care System, 4101 Woolworth Ave, Omaha, NE 68105: L1 Enterprises UEI RK5ZXQ77CN73 618 W Patrick ST Frederick, Maryland 21701-4025 This is done under authority of 41 U.S.C.

3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1: Only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Due to the time sensitive nature of this requirement; including stopping medical operating procedures, Market Research has revealed that L1 Enterprises has the capability to meet product requirement and installation timelines.

Additionally, the products necessary for the requirements are from the OEM and proprietary rights holder Amico Clinical Solutional. L1 Enterprises is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and is Amico Clinical Solution s preferred government small business partner for Surgical Lights, Surgical Booms and ICU Boom Technology. Amico Clinical Solutions has authorized L1 Enterprises to distribute product and services. L1 Enterprises holds a letter of OEM from Amico Clinical Solutions.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 238210 (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors) and the Product Service Code (PSC) is N59 (Installation of Equipment Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components).

While this synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement, including documentation from the proprietary rights holder Amico Clinical Solutions that such contractor could provide this service as an authorized reseller, authorized dealer or third party.
