The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Cardinal Health 108, 7000 Cardinal Place, Dublin, OH, 43017 due to an urgent and compelling requirement for required medication exists. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement is 325412. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations.

However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may submit a written response via email to Scott Morrison at the email address below by 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on June 30, 2024. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the procurement description seen below.

Information received will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

If no responses are received, the VA will proceed with the sole source award to Cardinal Health 108. The anticipated award date of this requirement is 30 June, 2024. All items/ vials shall be delivered in Unit Dose (UD) amounts only. Required products may be in inhalable, ingestible or injectable as indicated by the contractor or other qualified medical personnel.
