DESCRIPTION Place Chilled Water Pumps on E-Power Procurement Number: 36C26324B0001 SYNOPSIS This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming competitive solicitation satisfying the requirements of FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Fargo VA Health Care System, 2101 Elm Street N, Fargo, ND 58102 has a requirement to place the chilled water pumps on emergency power (Project Number 437-22-108). The project shall include, but shall not be limited to:

demolition, new construction, new conduits, electrical power wiring, BAS Control system wiring, and BAS Control system programming, and other items as required per the contract documents. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220 and the size standard is $19 Million. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid under FAR Part 14. This project is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
