The VA San Diego Healthcare System is seeking potential sources capable of supplying Mizuho America Kelly Endoscopic Endonasal Instrument Sets or Equal. These sets will be used by the ENT and Neurosurgery Department for procedures performed through the nasal passages using an endoscope.Please note, due to the fact that this is a Neurosurgical instrument set, the size have to be exact.
