Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are available at www.acquisiton.gov. This solicitation is unrestricted (not set-aside). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334290, with a small business size standard of 800 employees. The FSC/PSC is 6515. The VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS) is removing outdated equipment and installing a new Nurse Call System (NCS).

A NCS is a critical technology solution that allows patients to alert nursing staff when they require assistance, connecting patient rooms, bathrooms, and staff areas to a central station for fast, reliable communication. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the items described in Price Schedule included in the attached solicitation.

Award will be in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation, as described in the attached solicitation. To facilitate the award process, all offers must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows:
