Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS) is removing outdated equipment and installing a new Nurse Call System (NCS). A NCS is a critical technology solution that allows patients to alert nursing staff when they require assistance, connecting patient rooms, bathrooms, and staff areas to a central station for fast, reliable communication.
