Biomed Test Equipment Calibration Services

1. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation is available. All interested parties must respond to the Sources Sought Notice in writing. The purpose of this sources sought notice is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses, 8(a), HubZone and other Small Businesses interested in and capable of providing the services described below. Responses to this notice must include the following: (a) company name (b) address (c) point of contact (d) phone and email (e) SAM UEI number (f) Business size standard, and (g) must provide a capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications and ability to perform the work described below. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to fully comply with the requirement. The Government is requesting an informal quote for these services in addition to a capability statement using the included price schedule found on the last page of this Sources Sought Notice. The informal quote is for market research purposes only, and will not form a binding agreement. 2. The purpose of this notice is to determine if there are interested contractors that are capable of providing annual calibration services and routine technical support services for VA owned equipment for the VA Long Beach VA Healthcare System located at 5901 E 7th St. Long Beach, CA 90822. 3. The Draft Statement of Work included in this Sources Sought Notice is not final. No inquiries will be accepted at this time.
