This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.  This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 / 08/07/2025.  The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532490, with a small business size standard of $40.0 Million Dollars.  The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking to Mailroom Equipment Services for the San Diego VA Medical Center located in San Diego, California.  All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov.

Questions must be received no later than September 23, 2025, at 11AM PST (Pacific Time).
